How long does delivery take? +
Orders are processed and printed in 2-3 business days, then shipped. Estimated delivery is 5-7 business days from order date. You will receive a tracking number via email once shipped.
What sizes do you offer? +
We offer sizes XS, S, M, L, XL, and XXL for both T-Shirts and Hoodies. Please refer to our Size Guide on each product page for exact measurements in cm and inches.
Can I return or exchange my order? +
Since all products are printed on demand, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection. However, if you receive a defective or wrong item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at casualtrendsofficial@gmail.com with photos. We will replace it at no cost.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available? +
Yes! We offer free COD across India. Simply choose “Cash on Delivery” at checkout. Please keep exact change ready for the delivery partner.
Which payment methods do you accept? +
We accept all major payment methods via Razorpay: Credit/Debit Cards, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), NetBanking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery. All online payments are 256-bit SSL secured.
How do I track my order? +
You will receive a tracking link via email/SMS once your order is shipped. You can also use our Track Order page with your order ID and email address.
Will the print fade after washing? +
Our prints are DTG (Direct to Garment) or screen-printed for durability. To maintain print quality: wash inside out, cold water, gentle cycle, do not bleach, avoid tumble drying. With proper care, prints last 50+ washes.
